About Us

SIMPLE Home Lending was founded in 2005 by two seasoned mortgage professionals, Angie Easley and Robin Burris

Angie Easley graduated in 1975 and went into the banking industry until 1985 when she joined Allstate Enterprises Mortgage Corp. who was bought out by Sears Mortgage Co. and then purchased by PNC Bank. While Angie was with Sears/PNC Bank she was awarded Chairman’s Circle awards and President’s Club awards as Top Producer for 10 years. Angie left PNC Bank in 1995 and joined Pinnacle Financial Corporation where she managed the Titusville branch. Angie continued her excellent performance with Pinnacle Financial with many awards including the CEO Circle award for “Top Producer” in the company.

Robin Burris graduated in 1986 and went into the mortgage industry. She joined Sears Mortgage Company in 1989, where she processed for Angie Easley, a Top Producing Loan Officer for Sears Mortgage. Her family relocated to Illinois in 1995, where she joined Bank of Springfield’s Mortgage Department. She left Bank of Springfield in 1998 for an opportunity to manage Capital Mortgage Company in Springfield, Illinois. She became the Vice President for Capital Mortgage Company who was purchased by Illinois National Bank.

With over 35 years of combined mortgage experience Angie and Robin are experts in their field.
